Mobilvetta did not start out building motorhomes — it built furniture. In the 1960s it was a Tuscan cabinetmaker specialising in fine furniture, and that heritage still explains why its interiors feel more like a living room than a vehicle cabin.
In 1970 it moved into “travelling homes”, and in 2013 it became part of the Trigano group. It is still built in Italy, at the Poggibonsi plant (Siena), under SEA Società Europea Autocaravan.
